Creation of a brand identity system, personality, narrative and shopper experience design. Our boisterous brand identity, instore design and communications transformed 808’s ambitious bakery business into a truly desirable donut brand in a highly competitive category.
We started by giving them a disruptive name as 808 is the police call for disturbing the peace which matched their ambitious recipes and flavours in a category that was getting tired. We then created an equally rebellious brand identity system, creating a unique tone of voice, colour palette and iconography that would engage customers instore, across social media and at events.
Brought to life across packaging, high level communications instore through feature walls, house style through counter finishes as well as concession stand design.
